A Notice of Elections was published today, giving details of the candidates up for election at AEIAN 2022 General Elections to be held on Monday 15 August
Online, voting will take place for the election of 10 Executive positions:
President, Vice President, General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Publicity Secretary, Legal Adviser, Auditor, 6 Nos. Zonal Coordinators
The link for voting will be distributed by 9:00 am on the same day and voting will commence for 3 hours only

Members getting ready to cast their votes are reminded of the important dates and information in the run-up to Monday 15 August:
- On polling day, Monday 15 August, polling link will be open from 9am to 12pm.
- Members are to access the link and vote for their preferred candidates by ticking on their names based on the positions to be filled
- At the end of the voting page, members would input their name and surname and submit their votes
- Membership names will be crossed checked with the AEAIN admin list for members to confirm if their vote is valid
- Because voting will be done online, it will be carried out just once (1 time only) from a specific browser.
- The election results will be declared on the following day – Friday 19 August.
